1. By entering the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
 
2. The promoter is Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD whose registered office is on the 12th Floor, Export House, 5 Henry Plaza, Victoria Way, Woking, GU21 6QX.
 
Eligibility to enter
 
3. Employees of Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
 
4. The competition is open to entrants under 18 years of age but all entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian 18 years or over on behalf of their child and this competition is eligible only to UK residents. Employees of Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
 
5. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
 
6. A maximum of one entry per child is permitted.
 
7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 
 
How to enter
 
8. To enter the competition you are required to send a scan or photo of a completed “Pandy Paws” colouring in sheet to [email protected] with the subject line: My Pandy Paws. The email should also include the name of the entrant and the name of the child who filled in the colouring in sheet. Entries without the colouring sheet submitted will not be included. 
 
9. All entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their child.
 
10. Each entrant retains the copyright to their picture, excluding the copyrights to “Pandy Paws”, “DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse”, and the “DreamWorks” and “Netflix” logos. However, each entrant and their parents/legal guardians grants Stagecoach Performing Arts Ltd a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, broadcast, communicate and make available the entry in all media and in all formats throughout the world, including but not limited to publishing the entry on the stagecoach.co.uk website and publishing the entry elsewhere online and on any other platforms (whether now known or yet to be envisaged). This licence will be deemed to include all the necessary rights and permissions to enable such use by Stagecoach Performing Arts Ltd to fulfil the prizes and to complete the administration of the competition.
 
12. All entrants and their parents/legal guardians give Stagecoach Performing Arts permission to edit their entry when published on the stagecoach.co.uk website and elsewhere online and any other platforms.
 
13. All entrants and their parents/legal guardians warrant that all entries are original and do not copied from another entrant.
 
14. Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
 
The Prize
 
15. The Prize Package Inclusions For 2 Adults & 2 Under 12s: 
• Travel Allowance: £200
• Accommodation: 2 nights’ hotel accommodation (4*) in London, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy room, with breakfast
• Art and Craft Workshop: (1.5 hours) Includes host/instructor and all equipment
• Science Themed Family Afternoon Tea: Includes set afternoon tea for family
• Karaoke Party: (1 hour)
 
Terms & Conditions: 
Travel allowance is provided to the maximum value of £200 GBP, which can be spent on petrol/parking, car transfers, or travel by public transport; The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Children under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel; Hotel accommodation is based on two adults and two children under 16 years old sharing one quadruple occupancy room in London; Hotel accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; Hotel accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals (other than breakfast), incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients. A credit or debit card for incidentals will be requested by the hotel at check-in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card; the prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available; The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/ 
 
16. Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
 
17. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
 
18. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if
circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
 
19. The decision of Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
 
Winner announcement 
 
20. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on Sunday 25th June 2023 and we will not accept entries after this date. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted by email within 28 days of the closing date to claim their prize. 
 
21. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD will attempt to contact the winner by email twice.
 
22. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
 
Data protection and publicity
 
23. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the competition being used by Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD and necessary third parties for the purposes of administering the competition, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
 
24. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected].
 
25. The winner agrees to the release of their name to any other competition participants if requested via Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD.
 
26. An announcement of the winner’s first name, age and their winning colouring in sheet will be shared on the Stagecoach Performing Arts website stagecoach.co.uk and their social channels. 
 
27. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD Privacy Notice
 
Limitation of Liability
 
28. Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD and DreamWorks Animation L.L.C. (“DreamWorks”) do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize, save that Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
 
29. Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
 
General
 
30. Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
 
31. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
 
32. DreamWorks is not a sponsor or administrator of this competition. Participants are providing information to Stagecoach Performing Arts LTD and not to DreamWorks.
